Official Pushpa Kamal Dahal today asked everyone not to believe the discussion that the council was prepare to adjust the constitution with a game plan to permitnatives to hold best settled positions taking after 10 years of tolerating the citizenship.Dahal illustrated that they had begun setting up the constitution update draft from yesterday.
