Bal Bahadur KC was conceived July 17, 1953 in Salyan-3 of Solukhumbu. Child of Lal Bahadur Khatri and Maheshwari KC Khatri, KC started his political profession from understudy development. He is challenging from Solukhumbu in the CA Election 2013 speaking to Nepali Congress.
