The Parliament's State Affairs Committee passed twin bills on voters' rundown and the Election Commission on Monday.The charge on voters' rundown has proposed to make the voters' ID card required to excercise voting rights in the races in every one of the three levels government, common and nearby, Rastriya Samachar Samiti detailed, citing the State Affairs Committee part Gangadhar Tuladhar of the CPN-UML.
