The rundown of exchange was made open by the Human Resources Development Department of Nepal Police. The exchange was deferred for quite a long time because of contrasts between Home Minister Bimalendra Nidhi and Inspector General of Police (IGP) Upendra Kant Aryal, sources said.
SSP Chabilal Joshi has been conveyed to the Metropolitan Police Circle in Kathmandu. The post was abandoned for almost a month after retirement of SSP Bikram Singh Thapa. Joshi was already at Zonal Police Office in Dhaulagiri.
Metropolitan Police Cri!me Division Chief Sarbendra Khanal has been exchanged to IGP's secretariat. Dinesh Amatya has been conveyed to the division from Nepal Police preparing focus in Nawalparasi.
Thus Lalitpur Chief Pitambar Adhikari has been exchanged to Mechi. Thule Rai of Nepal Police Disaster Management Division has been selected as Lalitpur Chief. Dhiru Basnyat of Bheri Zonal Office has been exchanged to Narcotics Control Bureau while Central Investigation Bureau's Manoj Neupane has been sent to Research and Planning Directorate in police home office.
