A four-year-old kid has lost his sight because of a strange condition that causes his eyes to drain and fly out.
Sagar Dorji, from Lakhimpur in the northeastern condition of Assam, just built up the condition as of late.
His crushed guardians are edgy to discover what isn't right with him - yet can't bear the cost of the restorative tests required.
